What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means your wig does not exist yet. Once you place and pay for your order, we begin crafting your unit from scratch using raw human hair, ensuring you receive a wig made specifically for you.
How long will my wig take to arrive?

Your wig will be handcrafted and ready within 14 days of your order being confirmed. Once dispatched, it will arrive within 3 working days via tracked delivery, giving a total wait of approximately 17 days.
How do I measure my head?

Use a soft measuring tape placed around your head just above your ears and across your forehead. Pull it snug but not tight and record the measurement in centimetres. Most adults measure between 53 cm and 58 cm. If you are unsure, message us and we will guide you through it.
How does payment work?

Once you submit your pre-order form, our team will review your details and send you a secure payment link within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp. Payment is made securely through PayPal or Square, both under the GotToBePerfect account. Production begins as soon as payment is confirmed.
Can I choose a different colour or length?

We use 100% raw human hair sourced from Vietnam, India, Cambodia, Peru and Brazil. Raw hair has not been chemically processed or blended with synthetic fibres, and retains the full cuticle for unmatched shine, longevity and a completely natural look.
Can I return or exchange my wig?

Because each wig is handcrafted to your specific measurements, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If there is a fault with your unit upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.
How do I care for my wig?

Wash with sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner in cool water. Detangle gently from ends to roots. Air dry on a wig stand where possible. Always use a heat protectant when styling. Full care guidance is included with every order.

Looking Perfect

Raw human hair is an investment. With the right care, your GotToBePerfect wig will look beautiful wash after wash, year after year.

Washing

Wash with a sulphate-free shampoo and a moisturising conditioner. Use cool or lukewarm water. Work the product through in a downward motion from root to tip. Rinse thoroughly.

Detangling

Always detangle before and after washing. Start from the ends and work your way up to the roots using a wide-tooth comb or a soft-bristle brush. Be gentle and take your time.

Drying

Air drying is always best for raw hair. Place your wig on a stand and allow it to dry naturally. If you use a blow dryer, use the lowest heat setting and a heat protectant spray.

Styling

Raw human hair can be heat-styled just like your natural hair. Always apply a heat protectant before using any hot tools. Curling irons, flat irons and blow dryers are all fine in moderation.

Storage

Store your wig on a wig stand to maintain its shape. If storing long term, place it in a silk or satin bag away from direct sunlight and humidity, which can cause the hair to dry out.

General Tips

Avoid sleeping in your wig where possible. Tie it in a loose braid overnight if needed. Moisturise lightly with a leave-in conditioner or hair oil every few days to keep it looking lustrous.
